together, our Trainers will work with you to reach any fitness
goal you have. Want to lose weight? We’ll design a
safe and effective program for you. Feeling exhausted during
your 12-hour shifts and want to build stamina? We’ll
design a program to increase your endurance and build core
strength. This will never cost you one cent. If you were
to hire a Trainer from a local gym, you could pay anywhere
between $60 to $100 per hour.
We do this because we value the importance of a healthy
mind, spirit and body, especially for those in a patient-focused
profession like nursing. We know that most people have good
